Customer is the key point to the development of commercial bank’s E-banking business, while information is the key point to grasp customer. During the past development, although commercial banks advocated the principle of "taking customer as the center", it is difficult to be real implemented because the traditional E-bank and online bank has limitation on their marketing-model and the degree of the comprehensiveness. In recent years, the rapid development of Internet financial business has challenged the traditional E-banking business as well as opened the way of thinking and provided the reference for the latter. Combined with network integration, informatization and the further improvement of the data processing ability, it is inevitable for commercial banks to transform its concept, and the conditions of transformation have already been mature. At this point, putting forward the optimization of E-banking business of ICBC Beijing branch has very important and practical significance under the background of "big data", for the purposes of exploring the direction of traditional E-banking business development, promoting the ability of discovering, processing and using customer information, strengthening the banks’competitive power, and expanding the market space.Combining with the writer’s thoughts and observation, the harvest from the research process, this paper studied the development of Internet finance home and abroad, the usage of big data, and the change of E-banking business, deeply analyzed a large amount of data, theories and examples, using system engineering method, investigation method, data analysis and other methods, put forward the suggestions and implementation plans for optimization and reform of E-banking business for ICBC Beijing branch, in view of the present domestic banks, especially large state-owned banks’present situation.Combined market with customer demands, this paper drew the conclusions and found the ways through the analysis of the existing mechanism, system and operation mode.Two conclusions have been made in this paper. Firstly, the current E-banking business of ICBC Beijing branch is unable to adapt to the requirement of the competition when it is facing the market impact and customer demands. Secondly, in the era of "big data", the E-banking business has great development and huge potential; ICBC Beijing branch will have a brilliant future on upgrading its E-banking business by using its own advantages and resources.Some solutions have been found through this paper. The ways include adjusting the organizational structure and broadening developmental space; changing the operational mode and exploring the potential; optimizing the design of the platform ands enhancing competition ability; designing the whole series of products and enriching the means of competition; transforming management system and improving the level of management. At the same time, this paper also proposes requirements to guarantee the implementation of the plans, from the aspects of human resources, institutional mechanisms, equipments, hardware, internal control process, etc.The overall optimization project discussed in this paper is hoped to offer theoretical support not only for the development of E-banking business for ICBC Beijing branch, but also for better combination of internet with E-bank for the traditional banking industry in the era of big data. It is also hoped to provide universal theoretical support and some contribution for providing customers with new products and services, for opening up a new field of bank service and the exploration of new era.
