The Current Situation And Development Strategy Research Of Electronic Trade Between China And Korea

Since the twentieth century, with the development of electronic informationtechnology, the new pattern of international trade is gradually formed which is called"the electronic trade". Electronic trade is not just a simple transaction of electronictrade, but a epoch-making change in trade structure and trade mode and procedure ofGlobal trade, and the activation of global trade reduce the trade expenses to ensure theexternal competitiveness.Electronic trade is the international transactions of goods and services of businessand support services, including electronic information intensive trade under the use ofactivity network information technology. Its scope is very wide.The concept of electronic trade was leaded into China in1993, all the relatedlegal system was implemented, at the same time through the Golden Project policy tobuild the information infrastructure and economic modernization development.Especially, in order to improve the use rate and the development of the electric trade,Enterprises Go Online Project has been implemented so far.South Korea formulated the "to promote the trade business automation relatedlaw" in1991, at the same time, in order to promote the electronic trade development,South Korea formulated the basic legal system, and build the “uTradeHub” electronictrading platform system, national, and the Korean electronic trade will be listed as theranks of advanced countries in APEC.Since20years’ relationship between China and Korea, they have become veryimportant trading nations, especially to realize the trade liberalization between Chinaand South Korea, FTA practice are also being implemented. In the future, trade and investment between the two countries will continue the trend of expansion. In thisbackground, this thesis will continue theoretical investigation of the new pattern ofinternational trade in the high-speed development--"electronic trade", and analyze thetrade status of China and South Korea, and find out the main reason of impeding thedevelopment of electronic trade and try to find out the development of the strategy ofsolving these problems point.
