Along with the economic development speed, the logistics enterprise scale is also growing, the requirements of enterprise standard management is more and more strict, the importance of human resource management in enterprise operation are increasingly prominent. As the weakest link in the logistics enterprise operation and management of the salary management, there are many non-standard, unscientific place; compensation system, has become a more and more vital part of enterprise management mechanism, the salary system of influence employees’ own interests, affect the enterprise the sustainable and healthy development.In this paper, by using the method of literature research, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and other methods, the main research of A logistics company compensation management system, draw the following conclusion:compared to similar sized company, A logistics company salary level is generally low, most of the staff on the current company’s salary system is not satisfactory, unreasonable salary system, set up the salary adjustment mechanism is not flexible and incentive for employees is extremely low problem.At the same time, the compensation incentive related theories such as double factor theory and expectation theory, and modern compensation management development concepts such as fairness theory unifies, current salary scheme research of A logistics company, and then improve the employee’s income mechanism is composed of A logistics company, such as basic salary, bonus, welfare benefits, employee rating standards etc.In this paper, starting from the field research, combined with the status quo of A logistics company, effectively improve the company’s salary management system, formulate and implement more scientific, effective, fair compensation plan, and establish a scientific system of salary adjustment.At the end of this paper, were evaluated according to the characteristics of the improved scheme, puts forward some measures to protect the practical, to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved scheme, which makes the compensation of A logistics company and ultimately improve the competitiveness in the same industry, to help enterprises to better retain talent, and enhance the overall strength of the company, and promote the sustainable development of A logistics company.
