With the continuous development of private enterprise’s scale, management norms,increasingly enterprise also pay more attention to human resource management.Compensation management is one of the most weak link of management of private enterprises,there are many non-standard unscientific places; Compensation system as an important part ofincentive mechanism is directly related to the vital interests of the employees and theenterprise’s sustainable development.Article mainly with GK company’s existing compensation management system as theresearch object, using literature research, questionnaire, statistical analysis and other researchmethods, analysis and diagnosis of pay system there is a lack of competitiveness, internal lackof fair compensation, compensation level set unreasonable, compensation structureadjustment mechanism is not flexible, not form a incentive, etc. And follow fair theory,two-factor theory, expectancy theory and other related salary incentive theory; Use pay fair,etc. The development of the modern salary management idea, from the employees basic salary,bonus pay, allowances, benefits, employee standards of grading, etc put forward theconstruction and improvement of GK company compensation system compensation packages,pay plans and policies, scientific setting pay structure, combined with the actual situation ofthe GK company employee compensation system improvement. At the end of this paper, theassessment improvement scheme to the characteristics of the safeguard measures of effectiveimprovement measures are put forward, with its improved scheme can smoothimplementation, finally enhance the competitiveness of the company pay raise the overallcompetitiveness of the company, provide support for enterprises to retain talent andsustainable development.
