Optimization Research On Financial Resources Of Liaocheng City

Fiscal revenue is not only an important index to measure a region’s economic development,but also the economic basis to play a public function of the local governments,how to increase the fiscal revenue is one of the important work of local governments.And how to optimize financial resources and make the maximum benefit,is the enteral economic theme of the local government.This paper proceed from the basic theory of financial resources construction,public finance theory and the theory of fiscal decentralization,cleared the related concepts of financial resources and financial resources construction. As the main research object Liaocheng, this paper studied how to optimize the local financial resources.The main research content of this paper is an empirical study of Liaocheng city, from the current financial resources situation and financial resources construction of Liaocheng city, through the structure of fiscal revenue, the tax structure, industrial structure, sector structure etc.analysis to find the main problems of local financial resources existing in Liaocheng city, including the weak economic foundation,the unreasonable industrial structure, financial supervision mechanism lag, financial resources environment condition,etc., and analyzes the causes of these problems, and then according to the actual situation of Liaocheng city, put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion of optimization of local financial resources,from the industrial structure adjustment, improve financial management system, and to optimize the environment, etc.
