Since the ancient times, China is an agricultural country. Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy in our country, the party and the state has always attached great importance to "three agriculture" problem. Since the reform and opening, our party according to the basic national conditions established the household contract management on the basis of the two-tier management system that combines unification. The establishment of the system is adjusted the rural relations of our country agricultural production, the liberation and development of the productive forces further. However, at development of the socialist economy in our country, the family farm contract responsibility system gradually exposed some disadvantages:a one decentralized management model cause the problem highlights of between "small farmers and big market".Therefore, to solve this problem effectively between farmers and market, you have to change the structure of agricultural production and operation, establish a new type of agricultural management main body, take the road of Chinese characteristic agriculture modernization.The family farm as a new type of agricultural management main body is in the production practice founded by the masses of working people. While it can effectively overcome the difficulties caused by decentralized management; on the other hand, it was able to liberate and develop agricultural productivity, and promote sound and rapid development of agriculture. But, the development process of things is always a long and tortuous, in the dual role of history and reality, particularly affected by our country national conditions, the family farm in the development of our country is faced with many problems. So, in draw lessons from foreign development family farms experience, this review focuses on the family farm in the current development of analysis and emerging issues in the development process, and put forward further suggestions to solve these problems on this basis.There are four sections in this article:Introduction. This part mainly introduces the development of the United States, France, Japan family farm experience, analyzed the commonality between them, points out the need of our country in the development process of learning and using for reference.The third part, the current situation and existing problems of the family farm. This part focuses on the family farm in the development of our country actual situation, analyzes the problems existing in the process of family farm development.The fourth part, the development of family farm should stick to the basic principles and countermeasures. In developing this part of the family farm in China, the problem in this paper, the development of the family farm must adhere to the principle of, and further puts forward some Suggestions to promote the development of our country family farm.
