A Study On The Development Of New Agricultural Management Subjects In Xia County

With the 40 years of reform and opening-up,China has undergone tremendous changes.In the face of this huge change,the structure of the rural labor force has also been greatly adjusted.Rural hollowing,aging population,extensive production,and agricultural concurrent work have also taken place.The dispersion of organization leads to the closure of the market,the low efficiency of input and output,and the weak ability to resist risks.The traditional agricultural management mode is no longer suitable for the modernization of agriculture.After China's economy has entered the new normal,the Party and the government have repeatedly mentioned the need to carry out the industrial supply-side reform,in which the agricultural supply-side reform is also imminent,and the main reform of the agricultural supply-side has become the only way to develop modern agriculture..Xia County of Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province,as a traditional agricultural county,actively constructs a new type of agricultural management system in line with the national policy and the requirements of its own development stage.It is bound to transform from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and continuously reform and explore it.On the basis of the separation of the three powers,we should make clear the ownership,stabilize the contract right,activate the management right,encourage the transfer of land to the main body of the new type of agricultural management,gradually realize the centralized and intensive management,the specialization of the industry,the organization of the scale,and the socialized service of the agricultural operation.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the problems in the development of the new-type agricultural management subject in Xia County,comprehensively analyze and judge the basic situation of the existing new-type agricultural management main body in Xia County,and combine the present situation of the new-type agricultural management subject in Xia County at present.From the production factor producer,tool technology,land transfer angle carries on the realistic estimation and the analysis.Secondly,based on the present situation of the agricultural management subject in Xia County,the existing problems are analyzed one by one from four kinds of management subjects: the major household,the family farm,the leading company and the farmer specialized cooperative.
