"Food, food to safety first", this sentence is admonition China since ancient times, but a growing number of food safety issues, indicating that the ancestors of today’s food companies were left tossing alert behind. Since the end of 2008 Sanlu melamine milk scandal exposed the Group since emerging food safety incidents, setting aside those dark small workshops do not say that many people widely known food companies frequently " unmasked ", which intensified food safety incidents worsened food environment for the development of the industry, a direct impact on the survival and development of the food business. Meanwhile, the absence of corporate social responsibility of food has caused serious negative impact on economic development.On the basis of previous studies, based on two main subjects of consumers and employees, tried to depart from the food industry environment, internal employee loyalty and customer loyalty business in three areas, the impact of corporate social responsibility proposed food enterprise development the three paths, namely:one is through the development of environmental impact of the food industry to influence the development of enterprises, through the influence of an internal employee loyalty to the impact of food business development, as well as a business that is affected by food companies to influence the development of customer loyalty. In this study, Sichuan Zigeng City Rongxian ShuangXiHu Food Co., Ltd. as a sample food companies, and consumers of the company’s internal staff conducted a questionnaire interviews with 14 measurement items extracted common factor, on this basis, the data correlation and regression analysis,discovery and the various dimensions of corporate social responsibility (public responsibility, environmental responsibility, consumer responsibility, internal staff responsibility) and external development environment for enterprise, corporate employee loyalty, corporate loyalty has a high correlation , specifically:corporate social responsibility of food business impact of development impact first path, the four dimensions of corporate social responsibility for the environmental impact of the food industry is the order of the size of the public responsibility> Consumer responsibility> environmental responsibility> internal staff responsibilities; corporate social responsibility of food business impact of the development impact of the second path, the four dimensions of corporate social responsibility within the enterprise employee loyalty affect the size of the order is the responsibility of internal staff> consumer responsibility> Social responsibility public> environmental responsibility; corporate social responsibility of food business development impacts affect third path, the four dimensions of corporate social responsibility of the enterprise customer loyalty affect the size of the order is the responsibility of the consumer> public responsibility> environmental responsibility> internal staff responsibilities. After the impact of these three paths comprehensive analysis, found that consumers responsibility is the core of the food system, corporate social responsibility, food plays an important role in business development, corporate social responsibility if they can perceive directly to consumers, then the enterprise will be leaps and bounds.Therefore, the main measure of corporate social responsibility to solve the food problem of the missing are:Food companies to fusion concept of corporate culture in the corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility to fulfill the important development as a business strategy, corporate social responsibility as a corporate essential to adhere to professional ethics; further enhance stakeholder rights awareness; actively play the role of the government and NGO’s supervision.
