The Research Of Land Resources Population And Economic Carrying Capacity On The County Of Fujian Province

Land resources is an important composition of resources and environment. The population and economic bearing capacity of land resources is the foundation to evaluate the bearing capacity of resources and environment. To reveal the comprehensive carrying status of the county land resources of population and economy, alleviate the bearing pressure of land resources in Fujian Province, this research which based on the result of the classification of agricultural land and the calculation of production capacity in Fujian Province, regarding the county as the basic unit, taking cultivated land and urban and rural construction land as the bearing body, regarding the population and economy as the carrying objects, use the comprehensive evaluation method of single element to calculate the population carrying capacity of cultivated land and urban and rural construction land and the economic bearing capacity of construction land of Fujian Province in 2010. Meanwhile, based on the planning ownership of cultivated land resources and the planning scale of urban and rural construction land in 2020, the research will predict the population carrying capacity of cultivated land and urban and rural construction land of Fujian Province in 2020, and draw the relevant spatial zoning maps with the support of ArcGIS. Based on the above research results, the research will build the evaluation index system of the population and economic bearing capacity of land resources, apply the combination weighting method which combines subjective AHP and objective entropy weight method to determine the weight, use the comprehensive evaluation method of multi elements to evaluate the population and economic bearing capacity of county land resources of Fujian Province, so that it can offer references to establish the related policies and planning of Fujian Province. The main conclusions of the article are as follows:(1) The population bearing capacity of cultivated land resources of Fujian Province in 2010 is in the general condition, but the population scale which cultivated land resources can carry is consistent with the population scale in 2010, basically do not have bearing potential. Those counties which have the larger population carrying capacity of cultivated land are mainly concentrated in the central and north hilly mountain area; Those areas that cultivated land population carrying capacity are in the moderate and serious overloading condition are mainly located in the southeast coast. The cultivated land population carrying capacity of Fujian Province in 2020 is in the moderate overloading condition, so these regions haven’t the potential bearing capacity. Those counties which still have the larger cultivated land population carrying capacity are mainly concentrated in the central and northwest hilly mountain area and the total area of those counties, compared with 2010, has decreased; Those overload carrying capacity of cultivated land counties are mainly located in the southeast coast and the total area of those counties, compared with 2010, has increased.(2) Based on the perspective of Fujian Province, the population carrying capacity of urban construction land is in critical condition, the population scale which urban construction land can carry is consistent with the population scale in 2010. The counties which have the larger population.carrying capacity of urban construction land are mainly concentrated in the west and northeast region; The distribution of those counties which urban construction land population carrying capacity are in the overloading condition is relatively dispersed. The urban construction land population carrying capacity of Fujian Province in 2020 is still in critical condition, those counties which have the larger carrying capacity are mainly concentrated in the eastern and northwestern area at that moment, and the total area of those counties, compared with 2010, has increased; Those areas that urban construction land population carrying capacity are in the moderate and serious overloading condition are mainly concentrated in the northeast, south and southwest area, and the total area of those counties, compared with 2010, has increased.(3) The population bearing capacity of rural construction land of Fujian Province in 2010 is in the general condition and still have 26% of the bearing potential. With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the phenomenon of "vacant villages" in rural residential area is becoming more and more significant, the population bearing capacity of rural construction land of Fujian Province is becoming larger and larger and it will come up to 34% in 2020, compared with 2010, and will increase 8%. What’s more, those counties, in the moderate and serious overloading condition, only account for 6.0% of the province and lower than 2010.(4) In 2010, the economic bearing capacity of urban construction land is not overload and still has a larger bearing potential in Fujian Province. The economic bearing capacity of different counties are significantly different. The prefectural-level city and most of the county-level city in coastal areas have higher economic bearing potential, and the economic bearing potential of the interior mountainous areas county is lower. Three city, Xiamen, Fuzhou and Quanzhou, which the degree of industrialization and urbanization is highest in Fujian Province, have a relatively higher economic bearing capacity and lower economic bearing potential; However, those regions with a lower level of industrialization and urbanization and the interior mountainous areas have a relatively smaller economic bearing capacity and larger economic bearing potential.(5) The research uses the comprehensive evaluation method of multi elements to evaluate the population and economic bearing capacity of county land resources of Fujian Province in 2010. The result shows that the comprehensive carrying capacity of the population and economy of 84 counties’ land resources in Fujian Province can basically meet the demand of the development of those counties. Except for Fuzhou city, in higher real carrying degree and lower bearing potential, the rest of the counties’ population and economic bearing capacity of land resources, in real carrying degree and potential bearing capacity, lower real carrying degree and higher bearing potential, low real carrying degree and high potential bearing capacity, both has the certain bearing potential.
