Research object of this article is in the textile industry in the Chinese manufacturing enterprise, uses the 2004-2013 panel data of 66 Chinese listed textile enterprises, based on Melitz (2003),the heterogeneity of theoretical model, Adopt the method of granger causality test and linear regression analysis method from the micro level to verify the relationship between total factor productivity and exports. On the basis of the introduction, the paper introduces other representative enterprise heterogeneity factors, the enterprise scale, enterprise management status, the export of technology innovation, human resources and relationships, from a certain extent, the development of China’s textile enterprises have guiding significance more.Studies have shown that both in the short and long term, there is one-way causality between total factor productivity and export of Chinese listed textile enterprises, and the higher the total factor productivity of enterprises, the higher exports, there is an obvious’export of self-selection’effect, but exports are not the cause of productivity growth, and there is no’learning in the export’effect. What’s more, Second, the enterprise scale and enterprise exports exists a two-way granger causality; There is no causation between its technical innovation and export, also there is no causation between its enterprise management status; Human resources situation and the export has a one-way granger causality. It fully illustrates the relationship between heterogeneity of textile enterprises and export in our country is mainly manifested in the relationship between total factor productivity of heterogeneity and export, Enterprise total factor productivity heterogeneity largest influence on the export of textile enterprises in our country, mainly on the input of labor and capital, and other heterogeneity has little effect on exports. In this paper, based on this, from the aspect of promoting ATFP, suggestion are given.
