A Multiple-Iterm Scale For Measuring Agricultural Products Logistics Service Quality Based On Service Chain

In resent years, the service quality of agricultural products logistics faces adverse conditions. With the concept of service quality accepted by people deeply, agricultural products logistics service has gradually gained numerous people’s attention. Now our country is making unremitting efforts to improve the service quality of agricultural products logistics and perfect service system of agricultural products logistics by investing a lot of manpower, material and financial resources.Domestic measurement model researches of service quality mainly refer to western existing theoretical framework and research methods. On the study of indes measurement model of agricultural products logistics service quality, scholars just study the service quality of single subject in agricultural products circulation, not study the service quality of the whole system include third-part logistics companies, wholesale & retail and detection sections. Therefore this article will buid a measurement model of agricultural products logistics service quality based on service chain, and prove hypothetical model’s validation by using statistical software SPSS 19.0 to analyse the data of survey questionnaires.ThereforeThe indes measurement model including 6 measured variables like reliability, cost, timeliness, information and technology, corporate image & services and policies and detect was proved by reliability & validity test and factor analysis. The weight of every dimension and it’s explanatory indexes were determined throught variation coefficient method. Finally, referring to the research result, we will propose meaningful suggestions to improve agricultural products logistics service quality and make agricultural products logistics service system perfectly.
