Research On Service Products Optimization Path Of The Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Logistics System Of SF Holding

Logistics industry is a basic and strategic industry to support the development of national economy.With the issuance of the 13 th five year national medicine safety plan and the full implementation of the "two ticket system" by the State Council,new requirements and opportunities have been brought to the development of the pharmaceutical logistics industry.Because SF Holding laid out the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry earlier and improved the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics basic network and professional team continuously.SF Holding has become the leader of the third-party pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry.However,with the fluctuation of policies and regulations and the aggravation of industry competition,how to achieve the service differentiation and seize the opportunities to achieve the sustainable development and stable market position of the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system of SF Holding through the optimization of service products has become the current research focus.Firstly,this paper reviews the theory and related research of the pharmaceutical cold chain research and service products.Based on this,it analyzes the service mode,service products system,service products development path and the existing problems of current service products of the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system of SF Holding.Based on the analysis of service product optimization environment of SF Holding,the objective of service product optimization of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system of SF Holding is defined,the influencing factors of service product optimization are identified and the data are collected by questionnaire.This paper uses structural equation model to measure and rank the influence factors of service product optimization in pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system of SF Holding,and extract the key factors that affect theoptimization of service product.Based on the above analysis results,the overall design of service product optimization path of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system of SF Holding is carried out,and the optimization path of service product is established as innovation optimization path,combination optimization path and improvement optimization path.According to the overall path design,three paths based on product innovation,product mix and product improvement are designed in detail,and a simple empirical study is carried out based on the three paths.Using the quantitative strategic planning matrix to build the service product optimization path selection model,and choose the service product optimization path suitable for the current enterprise development as the innovation optimization path.Finally,according to the optimization path and influencing factors of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics service products of SF Holding,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimization of service products.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance for guiding SF Holding to optimize the service products of the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system,and have reference significance for other enterprises in the third-party pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry to optimize the service products.
