Study On Enterprise Competence Promotion And Development Path Basing On Resource-Based View

Under the background of economic globalization, The increasing shortage of core technology, advanced talents and other rare resource has made it a topic that how to promote the competence of enterprise through the capture of key resource, which is focused by both theoretical cycle and practical cycle.Basing on the theoretical research and literature review of the resource-based view, This paper established a research structure of "Resource——Capability—— development path". First, there goes the detailed analysis of the pharmaceutical industrial environment, and make investigation on the importance of technology R&D and the governmental institution. Then take Hisun and HuaDong Medicine as instance, using a variety of means such as field research, second-hand document collating, and statistical analysis and so on, fully and honestly revealed the difference on the point of resources capturing path and resources updating, showed the whole process of enterprise competence promotion, and compared the capability of case enterprises.Through the above research, some conclusions are discovered as follows:first, the driving factors of Enterprise competence promotion mainly include the capturing of resources and the endeavor within the enterprise, in which the higher leaders and administrators are the decisive factor to tell key resources and build the external resources net. Secondly, the development path of enterprises of our country are seriously influenced by the background of Chinese institution and the accumulation of resources. In my research, Hisun focuses on technology R&D and control of the core intellectual property rights, the evolution of innovation have the technology-oriented characteristic. On the contrast, HuaDong Medicine puts more attention to the industrialization and marketization, focuses on the market extension under the profits of proper policy. The study on the difference of enterprise competence promotion and development path can offer some guidance for enterprises to draw lessons in the development, take insight into their features and advantage and design the road to go further.
