Third-party Logistics Enterprise Strategy

Enterprise strategy is a very important element to influence the survivor and development of the enterprise. To accompany the globalization of the world's economy and the logistic market's openness to outside after China's entrance to WTO, the competition in Chinese logistic is more and more intense. This gives a serious challenge to Chinese third part logistics (TPL) enterprise. So, studying on the strategy of TPL enterprise has very important value on related theory as well as its practice.Based on the theory and methodology such as enterprise management, logistics, industry economics and the last research achievements of the enterprise strategy and TPL theory, through a empirical research, this dissertation give a deeply and systematically analysis on the strategy of TPL enterprise. Another purpose of the dissertation is to build a research framework on the strategy of TPL enterprise.According to the line of "The basic theory of the strategy of TPL enterprise ------Therelated theory foundation and hypotheses ------ The analysis about external and internal factorsto the strategy of TPL enterprise ------ Some strategic suggestions to the TPL enterprise", thisdissertation gives a comprehensive reviewing to the available research achievements about TPL, and analyses the relationships and mechanisms between the variables such as external environment, internal resource & capacity, core competence etc. Through the empirical research, some valuable suggestions that can be used to foster the TPL enterprise's sustainable development are brought up.ERSCA model is a critical tool in this dissertation. Using the ERSCA model, the author gets a series of viewpoints and theoretical hypotheses. It emphases that to establish a proper strategy to TPL enterprise, by integrating the external and internal resource is necessary. After all, pay more attention to lift the core competence of TPL enterprise is important too.
