| Synchronization with the rising of economic development, resources and environment problem is getting worse and worse, which seriously threaten the Shandong province’s overall economic and social development potential.Currently we are facing serious environmental problems of high ecological problems and the extensive economic growth,more should take a rational view of the mode of economic quality.In this essay, based on the description and analysis of the sustainable development process in Shandong Province, as well as the current status of resources and environmental problems at home and abroad on the environmental performance of resource-based theory.For the first time to detect the resources and environment of 17 cities in Shandong Province and comprehensive performance index.Based on the index of resources and environment performance level and tendency of comprehensive analysis.Then select the resource implications of environmental performance of the economic, social and environmental factors.Respectively, using the fixed effects model and fixed effect all kinds of the ineffective model to study the influence of the various issues on the overall environmental performance of Shandong Province resources affect the degree and paths, and Shandong Province 17 size cities in the process of sustainable social development.There are regional differences in resources and environmental performance of the specific reasons for the environmental performance of various factors on the resources of the partial effects.To come to a conclusion based on the analysis,clearly the regional development of circular economy and the relative advantages and disadvantages, according to local conditions to develop the regional characteristics of the development of circular economy strategies and policies. |
