Since the reform and opening up,China's high-tech industry continues to expand,the level of scientific and technological upgrading.According to data released by the Asian Development Bank,In 2014,China's high-tech exports accounted for 43.7% of exports of high-tech products in asia,especially has made a major breakthrough in aerospace,supercomputers,high-speed rail and other aspects,developed a group of industries and enterprises with international competitive advantage,has replaced Japan as the first Asian exporters of high tech products.Although the speed of industrialization of China's high-tech products is becoming more and more enjoyable,the added value is higher and higher,but there are still many problems in China's high-tech industry.On the one hand,the development of high technology industry is still in the running stage,the ability of independent innovation and primary creation is weak,directly restricts the core competitive advantage of high tech industry in China;on the other hand,the export trade of high-tech industry in our country has suffered from technical barriers to trade in the developed countries such as Europe and America,which seriously affects the development of China's high-tech industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the ability of innovation and speed up the process of China's standardization strategy,to promote the development of high-tech industries to the high-end,and enhance the international competitiveness of the industry.Based on the background of the current domestic and foreign manufacturing regression,and the aim of promoting the international competitive advantage of high-tech industry by standardization,to sort out the relevant literature at home and abroad.Based on the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of competitive advantage,this paper analyzes the mechanism of standardization to enhance the international competitive advantage of China's high-tech industry.Analysis of the current situation of the international competitive advantage of China's high technology industry and the standardization process,study the impact of standardization on international competitive advantage of the high-tech industry,And discusses the strategy of using the standardization to enhance the internationalcompetitive advantage of China's high-tech industry.Through the summary of relevant literature at home and abroad,standardization has not been used as a factor affecting the international competitive advantage of high-tech industry.Then,based on Potter's "Diamond Model",this paper deduces the mechanism of standardization affecting the international competitive advantage of high-tech industry.This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the international competitive advantage of China's high-tech industry by using entropy weight TOPSIS method,it is concluded that the comprehensive index of international competitive advantage of high-tech industry in China is spiral upward trend.China's high tech industry data based on 2007-2014,this paper studies the influence of standardization level and technological innovation activities on the international competitive advantage of high-tech industry through the Generalized Grey Relational Analysis method.The results show that there is a strong correlation between the level of standardization,in particular,the increase in the level of standardization is closely related to the promotion of international competitiveness of high-tech industries;At the same time,the input of new product development and the increase of R&D activities play an important role in promoting the international competitive advantage of high-tech industry.Based on the panel data of China's high-tech industry in1995-2015,the variable effect model is used to analyze the influence of the industry standardization level on the international competitive advantage.The results show that the increase of the standardization level of the high-tech industry in China or the increase of the standard stock has a positive effect on the promotion of the international competitive advantage of the high-tech industry.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the international competitiveness of China's high-tech industry,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of perfecting the standard R & D system,speeding up the process of standardization,raising the level of standardization of national standards and the standards of innovation.
