With the world economic situation and the development of our country, to the enterprise, is facing increasingly intense competitive pressure, in order to survive and develop in the competition, to a certain extent, the traditional mode of production needs to be changed. The gradual increase in the living standards of people, consumption gradually increased, are willing to bear its starting to pay slightly higher prices for personalized products, in this case, mass customization for enterprises to become change the traditional mode of production to meet market demand, access to the survival and development of a better way. In practice, many companies have invested into this area, have launched mass customization, more enterprises to how mass customization, how the ability to become the moment must understand the problem, only for the practice of summary, based on to be able to better guide the further period of time. So realistic and long-term strategic significance based on the evaluation of mass customization capability, there is very important.Through literature, interviews, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, building mass customization capability evaluation index system, and by selecting a specific enterprise, be evaluated to understand the current situation of mass customization capability. A company survey found through mass customization capability both in terms of design, manufacturing capabilities, and the ability to manage collaborative development, have certain advantages, but there are some problems, such as product family of modular development capacity is weak, companies although a personal information network maintenance, but its overall construction is relatively backward. On this basis, the further integration of the results of theoretical analysis, from a business point of A, for the lack of currently existing, made recommendations accordingly.
