| Today, with the internal and external environment changing, enterprise compensation management may face various risks. If these risks are handled improperly, the enterprise will suffer immeasurable losses, even endanger the enterprise’s survival. Based on this, this paper takes enterprise compensation management risks as the research center of gravity, and establishes an evaluation model of enterprise compensation management risks which provides scientific tool for enterprise compensation management risks assessment. Then, this paper puts forward some control measures for enterprise compensation management risks so that make the enterprise can identify the compensation management risks, and control these risks in time in order to reduce the losses and enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness.Firstly, this paper analyzed the risks of the enterprise compensation management and its influencing factors. Based on the related theory of the enterprise compensation management risks, combined with the research status and achievements at home and abroad, the paper cleared about the connotation of enterprise compensation management risks, analyzed the risk categories and influencing factors of the enterprise compensation management risks. Enterprise compensation management risks mainly include two aspects:the external risks and internal risks, and external risks include five aspects while internal risks include twelve aspects. Then, the paper analyzed all kinds of risk factors using the fishbone diagram, and finally 72 risk factors were got out.Secondly, the paper established an evaluation index system of the enterprise compensation management risks, which includes two main indicators,14 secondary indicators,43 three-level indicators. Then the index weight was determined using the analytic hierarchy process and an evaluation model of the enterprise compensation management risks was built using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, providing scientific and operational tool for the enterprise compensation management risks assessment. Enterprises can calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of the enterprise compensation management risks then determine their risk level using the model, according to the evaluation index system and its weight in combination with the practical situation of enterprises.Again, the paper put forward the control measures for the enterprise compensation management risks. Through analyzing and evaluating the enterprise compensation management risks, comprehensive and systematic control including beforehand control, matter control, afterwards control was put forward, which provided the basis for the enterprise to control its compensation management risks.Finally, the paper evaluated and analyzed the compensation management risks of company A using the evaluation model of the enterprise compensation management risks, and put forward the control measures of compensation management risks for company A, providing theoretical basis for company A to evaluate and prevent its compensation management risks. |
