The operation of real estate projects is a more complex risk management activities, which have a large investment, the investment cycle is long, more uncertainty, the investment rate of return high number of features. Currently the real estate risk assessment study was aimed at investment opportunities in research from the project beginning to the late completion of the project, sales stage, the entire project the whole process of risk assessment, or from a financial and cost point of view to study the risks of real estate development projects.
