I through literature study found that flexible working system of performance appraisal can maximize stimulate staff’s ability to play, improve work efficiency, reduce business operating costs, to provide strong guarantee for the implementation of the strategy for the development of the enterprise. At present, JR company is implementing the flexible working system, the problem lies in the design of performance appraisal system and does not match. Therefore company Jr flexible working system of performance appraisal system of optimization design is a matter of urgency, can fundamentally improve the competition ability of the enterprise and the ability to adapt, to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise and flexible working system of performance appraisal research today is to learn the focus of research field and enterprise field.This paper takes the JR company as the research object, in the process of performance appraisal for the company after the implementation of flexible work problems, conducted interviews and research, and the use of performance appraisal theory analysis of the source of the problem, according to the actual situation of enterprises with which enterprises implement flexible working system, respectively, from the subject, model, evaluation cycle, index and weight and other aspects, focusing on the use of the balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and assessment tools mature,classification of design department, responsible person, the staff of the index system; use AHP to different assessment indicators, assessment of the main different score weight design; pay attention to enterprise stage performance evaluation and sustainable development of enterprises and development environment combined, effectively reflect the performance appraisal fairness; help to tap the potential of employees, improve employee individual ability, achieve the goal of enterprise development and personalbalance, realize the enterprise’s sustainable development and optimization design of JR company’s performance appraisal system, and put forward the guarantee the implementation of the measures.The innovation of this paper is to present emerging Internet financial companies under flextime to to work for the assessment of the variables of performance appraisal,expanded under the flexible working system on performance appraisal research field.
