After the financial crisis, The international community generally realized that Financial must be rooted in the real economy, financial derivatives innovation without the basis of real economy is the castle in the air. In the end the burst of the economic bubble will trigger a financial crisis. Meanwhile China’s economy development is no longer rapid, and has entered the phase of structure adjustment. In such international and domestic background, industrial finance research is particularly necessary. In 2006, Tianjin Binhai new area became a national comprehensive reform pilot area, and began to build the financial industry economic circle. This provides us a good example to do the research of industrial finance. The purpose of writing this paper is to analyze the connotation and denotation of industrial finance docking with the real economy and the challenges that Tianjin will face with when building the industrial finance center, meanwhile hoping to suit the remedy to the case in the process of policy making, and then solving the problems of building Tianjin into the center of industrial finance. Firstly The paper tries to clarify the finance developing trend based on the latest news of financial intermediaries, financial service and financial regulation. Secondly the paper also introduces the financial development experience of United States, Japan and Germany hoping to provide reference of international experience. Then On the method of study, on one hand the author uses the SWOT model to analysis the integration of industry and finance of Tianjin systematically. On the other hand the paper borrows the chemical kinetics of Brusselator model to measure the efficiency of financial development hoping to provide a new theoretical framework that finance and industry can combined with each other and influence each other under it. Finally on the basis of review and mathematical analysis of historical experience, the article puts forward related suggestions of building Tianjin into the center of industrial finance. The paper starting from the idea of Tianjin industrial finance construction, focused on the industrial finance docking with real economy, to improving and optimizing financial ecological environment, finally once again emphasizes positioning problem of building Tianjin into industrial finance center.
