The Game Analysis About Economic Resources Supplying Of Pension Services

With the development of the economy and social benefit, as the basic material conditions of the social and economic development,people have been paid more and more attention to economic resources, and the supplying problems of economic resources have also aroused the attention of scholars and the social. The maximum production capacity of an economic field is determined by the available economic resources and their mutual relations in a certain period of time.Therefore, the growth rate and potential of the economy field ultimately depend on the total supplying and utilization efficiency of economic resources. Economic resources, relative to the field needs, must have the serviceability and scarcity, the supplying modes are also different in every field of economic resources.Analysis for the supplying of economic resources in various fields is very important for the effective use of the economic resources. Along with the grim situation of social focus problem--the problem of aging, as the problem about the supplying of pension services is growing.Therefore, carrying on the analysis to the main supply situation of the economic resources in nursing services is to solve the economic resources supplying problems in the pension services.This thesis analyzes from the angle of endowment service demand, including quality of life,health care, old-age beds, service personnel, pension subsidies, pension facilities six aspects of economic resources.For this economic resource require, this article will analyze the utility function of supplying about endowment service economic resources work on GDP and get the government supply, through the utility function that government supplying of pension service economic resources produced change on GDP growth as inverted U type, it is consistent with the situation of national economic growth. Based on the data of profit of pension service beds and pension services analysis, we get the pension service beds of profit changes as the inverted U type mechanism. In this paper,to get the optimal supplying scale of pension service economicresources, we use the game theory, build game model, the model calculation, and obtain the mutual supplying relationships between the pension service and the government. By the method of control variables, based on the parameter values of equipped with the ratio of old people and nursing service personnel,pension service personnel wages, government subsidies ratio of numerical analysis and define the scope of different parameter values obtained under various main supply body corresponding to the pension service economy resource supply accounted for the ratio of GDP, and then analyzing the parameter values influence on the government and social service institutions supplying, analyzing the game process of the government and the supplying of pension services, each for optimal supply quantity in our country under parameter value range and the optimum parameter values.Through the research,we discovered, the government provides economic resources supplying economic resources as the leading,pension services is a follower. There is always the optimal pension service economic resources supplying corresponds to each different government optimal supplying. By this research, the government is the largest supplying for the economic resources to the elderly in our country, and the supply of pension service is relatively smaller.This shows that the pension services require is high, its development still need to be improved largely in the service quality, the degree of specialization, the hardware facilities,and the degree of marketization of the existing pension service is relatively low, the government should make many more economic supports and preferential policies to the pension service, the development space of pension service is relatively large.
