Evaluation And Analysis Of Resource Environmental Bear Capacity Of The Main Tea Producing Region In Fujian Province

Resource and environment have become the foundation of the economic development of today's society.Since the reform and opening up,our country's social economy is advancing rapidly,every economic index has been rapidly improved,and the level of economic development has been greatly improved.However,with the rapid development of China's economy,resource shortage,environmental pollution and ecological destruction are becoming more and more serious.At present,the research on the carrying capacity of resource and environment has attracted wide attention.Through the evaluation and analysis of the regional carrying capacity of resource and environment,positive guidance can be provided for the source development,environmental protection and economic and social development in the region.Tea is the most widely distributed economic crop in Fujian province.As a major tea producing province in China,Fujian has a long history of tea planting and development experience.This paper takes the main tea producing area of Fujian Province as the research object and Anxi County of Fujian Tieguanyin tea as the research area,makes the analysis and evaluation of the resource and environment carrying capacity of the study area through the comprehensive index evaluation model,and the spatial analysis of the resource and environment carrying capacity of the study area by GIS space analysis method,and determines the influencing factors in the research area.The factors for the future development of tea industry will provide support and reference for the development of tea industry in the study area.Based on the regional research,this research is extended to the resource and environment carrying capacity of industrial development,so as to promote the scientific and rational development of industry.According to the basis of previous research,the resource and environment carrying capacity of Anxi County,which is the main producing area of tea,is studied.First,based on the actual development of Anxi County,three criteria of natural resource index,ecological environment index and social economic index are set up,and the evaluation index system including resource,environment and economy is established.The entropy weight method is used to calculate the relevant weights of each index.Finally,the comprehensive index evaluation model is used to evaluate and analyze the three aspects of Anxi county's natural resource index,ecological environment index and social economic index in 2010-2016 and 2016,and then the space carrying capacity of resource and environment in Anxi county is obtained.In the end,the analysis and evaluation of the carrying capacity of the resource and environment in Anxi county and the present tea production and planting in Anxi county are compared and analyzed,and some suggestions for the development of Anxi county are put forward according to the analysis results of the analysis.Through the analysis of the carrying capacity of the resource and environment in Anxi County,three conclusions can be drawn:(1)Through the study of natural resources,ecological environment and social economy in Anxi County,the indexes of altitude,slope,per capita woodland,land average pesticide and chemical fertilizer use and population density in the index layer of Anxi county from 2010 to 2016 are calculated.The negative effects of the increase in the amount of pesticide and chemical fertilizer,the reduction of the area of the woodland and the carrying capacity of the resource and environment are analyzed,and the ecological environment of the tea production and cultivation is affected;(2)Through the evaluation and analysis of the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the villages and towns in Anxi County in 2016,it is found that the comprehensive index of the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the villages and towns in Anxi county has great differences,and the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the towns in Anxi County are mostly in the middle and lower-middle level and the main reason is that the villages and towns differ in natural conditions and social economic development;(3)Through the analysis and evaluation of the situation of tea planting in Anxi County,it is found that most of the tea production leaves in Anxi county are in a saturated or almost saturated state.Especially the four villages and towns of "inner Anxi",Xiangde Town,Xianghua Township,Lantian Township and Daping Township,and the tea planting area of Futian and Tao Zhou Township still have great development space;the rest of the villages and towns in "outside Anxi" are limited by the natural conditions such as the altitude and slope of tea planting.It is suitable for the management and sale of the tea industry.Finally,according to the conclusions of this study,we put forward three suggestions for the development of Anxi's tea industry in the future:(1)Establish the monitoring and early warning mechanism of the carrying capacity of resource and environment,scientifically and rationally analyze the changes of the annual resources and environmental carrying capacity of Anxi County,and provide the basis for the development of the tea industry in Anxi County in the future.(2)Effective development and utilization of land resource and reasonable control of tea garden area.(3)Rationally control the use of pesticides and fertilizers,and improve the quality of ecological environment for tea production.
