In this paper, I will choose some listed companies of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China as the research object, clear and definite the intension and characteristic of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry, consolidation the domestic and foreign document on the performance of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. I will use the factor analysis method to make an objectively evaluation on operating performance of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry’s listed corporation from the angle of market performance, and use the performance scores as a result of the evaluation to analysis a series of important factors which influence the operating performance of the listed corporation of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
