As an important part of economic security,industrial safety has always been highly valued by governments.Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration,there is a highly integrated and closely related development trend among different industries in different countries.Because of the lack of investment in capital and technology,similar industries in developing countries tend to be in a weak position,and even become industrial vassals in developed countries.In this case,industrial security will inevitably occur.As one of the strategic emerging industries,high-end equipment manufacturing industry has possessed an important role.The development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry has an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of the national economy,adjusting the structure of the national economy,and improving the quality and level of the national economy.Since the outbreak of the global economic crisis in 2008,the major countries are aware of the importance of the development of the real economy,and have introduced the industrial policies to revitalize the manufacturing industry and even the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.The study of the industrial security of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry can provide the necessary direction and reference for the formulation and adjustment of the industrial policy of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,which is conducive to further optimizing the industrial structure and industrial layout of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,thus effectively improving the overall competitiveness of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.In view of this,this paper selects data of 2010 and 2015 to analyze the industrial safety status of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry during the "12th Five-Year" period.The research of this paper can be summarized as two parts: theoretical research and empirical analysis.In the theoretical research part,the theory of industrial safety of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is mainly introduced.Through the researchof this part,we can understand the concept and industrial structure of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,the connotation of the safety of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the factors affecting the safety of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.The empirical analysis consists of two parts:descriptive statistics analysis and modeling analysis.In the descriptive statistics analysis part,the important status and development trend of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,the development environment of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the development status of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry during "12th Five-Year" are introduced.In the modeling analysis part,the evaluation index system of industrial safety of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is first constructed.Secondly,the evaluation model of industrial safety of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry is established by using the matter element extension analysis method.Through the calculation of the correlation degree and the comprehensive correlation degree,the industrial security areas of each sub industry of China's the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in 2010 and2015 are determined,it is found that the industrial safety state of sub industry has changed to varying degrees.From the perspective of the change in the state of industrial security,this paper examines the industrial development of China's the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the "12th Five-Year" period,and points out the achievements and shortcomings of the industrial development.Finally,the specific reasons for the changes in the safety status of some sub sectors are calculated and analyzed,and it is found that the R & D input intensity is the common determinant of the positive changes in the safety state of China's the aviation equipment manufacturing industry and the satellite manufacturing and application industry.
