In the future, market is a talent war. Talent is the foundation for business, talent is the "the most important core of enterprise development. Considering the existence and development of enterprises, the company must have a lot of talents. At the same time, the flow of talent also brings huge lost to the company, influencing the development of enterprises.Today, the rigid system of human resources in enterprises constantly improve, the specification, pioneered a lot, the world top 500 enterprises and the related enterprise learning and research upsurge, and corporate executives and human resources managers often ignore the people of emotional factors in personnel management, especially in recognition of the role of, resulting in high salary and high position, high welfare environment, but more and more serious brain drain, and on-the-job personnel are also not content with the status quo, often wanders between the existing and future work, anxiety, resulting in enterprise and the talent needs cannot be satisfied.This thesis discusses the phenomenon of talent flow.On the base of research literature abroad.Based on the reasons for the brain drain analysis and the role of emotional factors of retain according to the different type of talent and human emotion factor; Herein are representative of the success of the two companies keep people emotionally, and failures to analyze, design questionnaires, distribution, recovery and consolidation and survey questionnaires; Emotional affecting factors corporate brain drain identify, analyze the extent of the influence of different types of talent, retain talent to help companies find effective countermeasures. Expecting to use affective factors to strengthen the enterprise in the enterprise management of Chinese type, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, and maximize the effectiveness of human resource management.
