The Financial Support Of The County Economic

County economy is the basic unit of the national economy, the join of macroeconomic and microeconomic, and an important link of urban economy and rural economy. County economy is the part of the regional economy which has relative independence characteristic, regional characteristic and differences characteristic. The development of county economy is related to the overall level of economic development in our country, is the key factory of the construction of the development of the urbanization, industrialization and the agricultural industrialization. The healthy development of county economy and the county financial support are inseparable. Finance is the core of modern economy, and the important factor in the development of the regional economy. However, County financial has developed slowly compared with the development of county economy:the shortage of financial institutions, the low efficiency of the financial institutions, highly concentrated of the financial services authority, the lack of financial innovation. These problems affect the financial support of the county economy. Therefore, it is important to discuss how to combine the actual to explore improving county financial system and the development of county economy.In this paper, we use the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, in Dezhou as an example to study the county economy growth of its financial support. First of all, we expound the meanings of the county economy and the county financial and the present development of county economy of Dezhou. Secondly we analyzed the financial situation of Dezhou, such as the financial total supply situation and structure distribution. Then we concluded that Dezhou financial support for county economic development and it has some problems in the county financial organization system:the imperfect financial innovation, financial service personnel quality is low and the poor financial ecological environment. And conclude four aspects solutions for Dezhou development problem. Finally, we have the conclusions that from actively improve the financial service system; expand the county financial market and optimization of county financial ecological environment to put forward the county development.
