Financial Support System For County Economy In Shaanxi

"Counties are governed, so is the world". County economy is the basic unit of national economy, the strength of the county economy directly affects the rise and fall of the national economy. County economy in our country is mainly made up of the rural economy and the small and medium-sized enterprises economy. County economy is the bridge to realize the urban and rural integration. The development of county economy helps to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor, it also contributes to maintain the stability of the society.Shaanxi province is a big agricultural province, the rural economy in county areas plays a very important role in Shaanxi province. In the development of county economy in Shaanxi province, there are many problems out there. Such as the low level of development, uneven development between regions, urban and rural development gap is bigger and bigger. To solve these problems, the development of county economy is necessary. it will not only help improve the farmers’ income, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, but also maintain the sustainable development of economy. Obviously, the development of economic and finance is indivisible. In order to raise the county economic development level, the development of county finance should also be synchronized.This paper formulates the development level of economic and finance in Shaanxi province. It also finds out the problems existing in the development of economic and finance in county. Besides, Dali country is selected as a representative of countries in Shaanxi province. This paper makes granger test for Dali country, Xi’an city and Shaanxi Province. RGDP, FIR and LDR is selected as test indexes. Then the paper makes a comparison among the test results of the three areas. It is found that in Dali county, finance makes no effect on economy. Then we infer that the low level of financial development in the county of Shaanxi province makes it difficult to play a good role in promoting the county economy development. Finally, according to the domestic and foreign related research theory and the regional development experience, this paper puts forward some related suggestions for the development of countyfinance.
