Financial Support For County Economy Development

Holding a significant position in the development of national economy and politics, county economy has become an important pivot for economic development and innovation, however, its dynamic development needs continuous support from modern finance. Guided by modern finance development theory, this dissertation analyzed current finance support circumstances in the development of county region economy and the disadvantages of the modern finance. Meanwhile, the correlation between county economic growth and finance development is discussed, the foundation and source of finance containments for county economy development explained. Finally, a series of solutions were brought forward to optimize all kinds of finance resources for the acceleration of county region economy development. This dissertation consists of nine chapters.Chapter 1 Introduction It firstly explained the significance and need for research on this topic, then an introduction to literatures on national as well as county finance and economy development home and abroad, ended with research principles,methods and potential innovation.Chapter 2 Basis of the Financial Support for County Region Economy Development Finance is very close to economy, it is established in the power of money in the economic system. This chapter described the money mechanism on activating saving, reducing risk, and cutting down cost, supervising managers and advancing exchanging. Meanwhile, paid attention to the problem on how the finance accelerates the economic, such as what the changing rules on finance framework and finance deepening or restrictions are, what the future finance policy will be. At last, the author drew several theory conclusions on the development of county finance and non-absolute competitive environment, which supports the research strongly.Chapter 3 Review on Financial Supporting in Economy Development of County Region This chapter analyzed the practices and effectiveness of financial supporting for economy development of county region; it presented the finance organizations of the county region, its authorities and its lack of credit as well. The author depicted the deeper causes that make finance organizations of the county region unfit for the economy development.
