Faced with the many problems encountered in the development process, to find the key to the key constraints, to build an effective mechanism for promoting very important.In this paper, Jinan housing industrialization into the study, on the status of the development of Jinan and systematic analysis of the existing infrastructure, built to promote the development of the housing industrialization in Jinan propulsion mechanism. This paper studies the development experience of China’s housing industrialization development process and several key cities in the country, then the status of the housing industrialization in Jinan were SWOT analysis, detailing the development of industrialization Jinan strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges.
