This paper does not use PEST and SWOT analysis method to analyze the conventional private logistics enterprise competitiveness, but by the related concepts of the theory of value chain and the competitiveness of enterprises based on value chain research, private logistics enterprises can improve the advantage of the link, to enhance the optimization through to the present stage is still in the weak state of the link, through the collection of relevant information and, with the foreign logistics enterprise competitiveness, the state-owned logistics enterprises are compared, based on this, summarizes the current situation of the competitiveness of private logistics enterprises, expounds the main problems in the construction of the competitiveness of China’s private logistics enterprises, and analyzes the causes of these problems.In this paper, based on the perspective of value chain, observation and investigation of the present situation of private logistics enterprises, the private logistics enterprise value chain to create value of node is analyzed.
