The facility agricultural technology equipment is an important material basis for the development of facility agricultural. The study of this thesis mainly includes the following several aspects:(1) The integrated use of SWOT and AHP method of quantitative model of facility agricultural technology and equipment development environment advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges Zhejiang Province are analyzed, at the same time, combined with the development status of facility agriculture in Zhejiang Province, proposed to adopt the internal advantage and external opportunity——SO strategy, namely facility agriculture technology and equipment has to pay attention to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses in Zhejiang Province in the future development, giving full play to the strengths of the existing S and O factors and overcome the shortcomings of W and T factors.(2) According to the experience of facility agricultural technology and equipment in development developed countries and domestic advanced areas, and put forward the general idea and specific goal of facility agriculture technology and equipment development in Zhejiang Province. General idea is to "do a good job of five types of base construction, four main attack directions, improve and perfect the system of six large, and four lifting; specific goal is" the size of the facility equipment steady growth in total, structure tend to be reasonable, facility horticulture and farming machinery operation level is higher, to further improve and perfect facilities and equipment for agriculture socialization service system construction, the steady growth of the number of all kinds of facility agriculture mechanical equipment demonstration bases, agricultural facilities and equipment safety supervision capacity significantly strengthened".(3) After clearing up the general idea and specific goal of facility agriculture technology and equipment development in Zhejiang Province, the thesis put forward the priority areas, development key points and project proposals of three aspects as horticultural facilities, facilities for livestock and poultry breeding, and to ensure the priority areas, focus on the development and project proposals of the security conditions of the facility agriculture technology and equipment development in Zhejiang Province.(4) Put forward several suggestions to accelerate the facility agriculture and equipment technology economic and technological policies and related measures in Zhejiang Province as follows:implement moderate inclination supporting policies, increase facility agriculture equipment technology subsidies, adjust and increase subsidies for agricultural operation standards and projects, increase agricultural science and technology innovation of support, strengthen agricultural machinery and agronomic technology integration, to cultivate new agricultural machinery service organizations, increase facility agriculture equipment technology training support, strengthen construction agricultural mechanical demonstration base, strengthen the agricultural public service infrastructure, and strengthen facility agriculture equipment technology safety supervision etc.
