| The facility agriculture is not only the important link of constructing modern agriculture and building socialist new countryside, but also is the effective link of increasing the peasant’s income. Accelerating the development of facility agriculture in Fuzhou city promotes the agriculture in Fujian province moving towards modernization, intensive and sustainability. On basis of the previous study, taking Fuzhou city as the research objection, this paper discusses the problems and directions of the development of facility agriculture in Fuzhou city. This paper uses the methods such as Cases Analysis Method, SWOT and the Analytical Hierarchy Process to discuss the present situation of facility agriculture development in Fuzhou city, and then discusses the economic, social and ecological benefits as well as the advantages, disadvantages and challenge, thus the facility strategic choice of agricultural development in the following order is strategy of SO, ST, WO and WT. At the same time, the paper through studying on the successful cases of the foreign facility agriculture, and get inspirations such as strengthening the macro-control on the development of the facility agriculture, insisting on agriculture industrialization and realizing agricultural modernization; further strengthening the support dynamics of the technology; developing the agriculture education; promoting the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements. At last, based on the analysis of the problem exiting in the development of the facility in Fuzhou city, this paper puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion of developing facility agriculture:further perfecting the land transferring mechanism; increasing financial support and forming pluralistic investment system; improving the functional mechanism and playing the full guarding role; strengthening environmental protection and focusing on the sustainable management. |
