The Research On The Comparison Of Social Transaction Cost And Trade Facilitation

Whether the absolute cost advantage theory, the comparative cost advantage theory, or the principle of mutual needs, element theory and economies of scale theory, all these traditional international comparative advantage theories are undoubtedly from the perspective of comparative cost advantage to analysis the influence of production cost on the pattern of trade and comparative advantage.However, with the deepening of the globalization and integration of the world economy, the high development of the scientific and technological level, the world’s economic and technical conditions have had a big change. Because of the international spread of information and technology to accelerate the speed, the average international manufacturing efficiency trend is accelerating, for the same tradable commodity all capable of producing countries between production cost and production efficiency are diminishing, the international differences in production costs for international trade can take place and how it happened influence is declining,on the contrary, other cost factors, in the process of trading cost, such as administrative supervision costs, logistics and transport costs, trade settlement costs,and even social and cultural differences have become the stage caused by the impact of international trade can take place or not and how to important.Currently, the international community recognized "low(no) efficiency trade process" has been referred to as a kind of invisible barriers to market access, become an important factor to restrict trade liberalization. In view of this, this paper attempts to extend the traditional classical international trade theory from "comparative cost advantage theory" to "comparative advantage theory of social transaction costs," so that "the comparative cost advantage theory" has more characteristics of the times and has more practical significance. This paper will use the trade facilitation that a policy discussion current arouse people’s attention to combine with the social transaction cost advantage theory the author try to build, put forward a simple analysis framework, and on this basis, to analysis the prominent problems of our country ininternational trade to reduce social transaction cost and trade facilitation, to explore how to improve the transaction cost advantage in our country through trade facilitation, to propose a new way and a new method to develop an international comparative cost advantage in the short term in our country.
