It presents the increase of the amount and the total investment, the improvement of level, the innovation of the cooperation’s form and the increasingly apparence of the brand effect. But Compared with the domestic cooperative development of better provinces, there still has big gap. There are many problems need to solve: the uneven development of cooperatives, the irregular phenomenon in cooperatives’ operation, the service ability of the cooperative has to be improved, policy support has bias.The reason is that the participation of farmer specialized cooperative in cognition is fuzzy, the mechanism of cooperative operation is not perfect, the financing difficulties and the external development environment is imperfect. So, in order to promote the stable and healthy development of farmer cooperatives in Henan Province, we should cultivation new farmers, standardize the internal management of cooperatives, expand financing channels and optimize the external environment.
