In the western countries,many countries open generation and sale to the society,in addition to the transmission and distribution,we can learn many things from them.Now,our country still have operation generation transmission distribution and sale.In the generation and sale,we can learn western country,open it to market,in order to prove efficiency.In the transmission and distribution,we must keep monopoly.In our country,dispatch is a very important part in the grid.We must make it independent,not belong to the grid,or belong to the government.
