Research On Anti - Monopoly Regulation In China

The question of counter-monopoly was a hot economic problem in recent years in our country. Although China's market-economy reform has already been carried out for more than 20 years, but the attention to monopolizing is insufficient, until now our country does not have a complete counter- monopoly law. Along with the developing of market economy, the question of monopoly becomes more and more obviously, and bothered the market order. This article carries on brief analysis on the counter-monopoly legislation.This article altogether includes four parts: The first part" The connotation of monopoly and the target of weighting monopolizing degree ". This part mainly summaries monopoly-theory evolution and its development in China., and introduced the commonly used targets of weighting monopolizing degree , this part is the foundation of this article. The second part "The analysis on resources-disposition effect of monopoly ". In this part, monopoly includes monopoly behavior and monopoly structure. The monopoly structure was the result of competition, it will not cause negative effect on resources disposition, and monopoly behavior will cause negative effect on resources disposition and should be the object of counter-monopoly. The third part " The present situation of monopoly in China " This part mainly analysis the present situation of monopoly in China and proved that the economic- monopoly is insufficient and the administration monopoly is too much in China. The last part is " the counter- monopoly legislation of China and the rules and regulations ". This part points out that counter- monopoly legislation in China should include monopoly behavior and the administration monopoly but monopoly structure or economic monopoly.
