With the transformation of the development of modern agriculture, the animal husbandry in China were also in transition, everything in good order and well arranged, from the amount of feeding livestock industry products and livestock products yield, are in the continuous improvement. Once a year the No.1 document of central government have put forward a series of preferential agricultural, agricultural policies, local governments have also promulgated the development of animal husbandry of preferential policies, with the implementation of these policies, the rapid development of animal husbandry in recent years.This paper selects Weifang District of Hanting as a research entity. The main contents of research are: Based on understanding of Hanting District of new rural cooperative medical system development, analysis of the current situation of new rural cooperative medical system in Hanting area, find out the restricting factors existing in the new rural cooperative medical care in Hanting area, discusses the related measures and policy system construction.From the Hanting region in recent years the development of animal husbandry in the historical point of view, the rapid development of the total output value of animal husbandry,the 2007 Hanting district animal husbandry output value reached 710000000 yuan, to the end of 2013 animal husbandry output value reached 970000000 yuan, six years growth 36.6%.The development of animal husbandry, to promote the optimization and upgrading of Hanting district agricultural structure, increasing farmer income, it is important to improve the dietary structure. But in making development at the same time, many problems between animal husbandry industry also will be exposed, such as animal husbandry industry professionals and the low level of science and technology, the improper method of management, animal husbandry and irrational allocation of resources, regional planning is not properly, breed personnel professional skill difference, market awareness of the poor, can not cope with the market effective risk etc.. This has restricted the development of animal husbandry in Hanting district to a great extent. Therefore, this article through carries on the investigation to the grass-roots farmers visited, base to communicate with local relevant functional departments,has conducted the research and the analysis of many problems encountered in Hanting District Animal Husbandry in the overall development, provide scientific theory basis for the development of animal husbandry in Hanting district.This thesis includes six chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the paper and significance, the domestic and foreign development status and research trends, and introduces the research methods used in this paper and the possible innovation. The second chapter describes the analysis of environment and condition for the development of animal husbandry in the pavilion area. To analyze from two aspects: one is the development of animal husbandry in Hanting District external environment; internal condition for the development of animal husbandry in Hanting district. The third chapter expounds the analysis of development course and present situation of animal husbandry in Hanting district. Through the six aspects:the development of the animal husbandry products of Hanting district; Hanting district animal husbandry output value development course; course of employment development in Hanting district animal husbandry income; Hanting district animal husbandry development; Hanting District Livestock Consumption trade development course; development scale of Hanting district animal husbandry industrialization. The fourth chapter is the problems and reasons of Hanting animal husbandry industry development analysis points out the existing problems,analysis of the problems. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of animal husbandry in Hanting District, need through the scientific and rational layout of livestock industry chain of regional planning; to strengthen the government support; strengthen the construction of the professional team of animal husbandry; attach importance to environmental protection.
