The Research On The Question Of Rural Land Circulation In Weifang Hanting District

"Three rural issues" is one of the most serious problems in China’s development, to solve the "San Nong" problem is an important task of China’s modernization. Land circulation can effectively improve the efficiency of resource allocation of land, and further activate the transfer of surplus agricultural labor force, provides a broad space for the agricultural scale, intensive and highly efficient operation. On the other hand, construction and specification for circulation mechanism of rural collective construction, can help farmers to participate more fully in the share of urbanization and industrialization of achievements, to manifest the collective land value of the assets, the acquisition of property income of farmers.This paper takes Hanting district rural farming land as the research object, through field investigation and research, found the Hanting district rural farming land circulation problems, based on the analysis of restricting factors in Hanting district rural farming land, and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to solve these problems, combined with the actual situation in Hanting District, to better promote the land circulation in Hanting area, this paper also put forward the innovative suggestions.
