The construction of performance appraisal system has become a hot research topic, involving not only the enterprise’s financial indicators, but also assessment index which is closely related to corporate non-financial indicators. In this background, based on the balanced scorecard, key performance indicators(KPI) related theory, this article uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) tools, studies the company S performance evaluation system, and improves the original performance evaluation system.This study is based on company S original performance evaluation system, respectively from the financial dimension, the customer dimension, internal process, learning and innovation dimensionsto improve the company level, department level, the performance appraisal scheme on the level of employees, and the different levels of performance appraisal results are scored. This study further using the time dimension to the company S longitudinal comparison are made on the data of the recent three years. This study found that raising the target completion of assessment index can improve the performance evaluation score.In this study, we can reach the following conclusions: in2014?the company level performance evaluation score of company S is93.97, target completion basically completing the goals and tasks of the headquarter; Department level in production department, for example, performance evaluation score is 95.68, targetthe department goal task completed well; Staff level production foreman, for example, performance evaluation score of 87,which suggests that growth master work performance is good.
