In China,that is both opportunity and challenge for the private automobile lubricating oil enterprises for the changeable market competition environment and the product’s upgrade and update.But how to win the market competition with the same quality products? And how to avoid to loss the market? I think the market positioning study will give a satisfactory answer.This article is based on the correlation theory and method of marketing、marketing strategy managementand market positioning,aimed at some main marketing problems to doing the market positioning study about J Co.,Ltd..Firstly, utilize SWOT theory to analysis the development of J Co.,Ltd’s automobile lubricating oil through macro and micro enviroment,advantages and disadvantages.United both strategy and the internal resources & external environment, provide the reference opinion of how to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses.Secondly,take the advantage of STP strategic theory to analysis the problems of market segmentation,market targeting and marketing positioning of automobile lubricating oil.
