Rural infrastructure investment, are essential premise to change the traditional agricultural production in the form. It has an important role to develop modern agriculture and to improve farmers’ life. the central government had Promulgated twelve central file no. 1 focus on agriculture, since the 2004.The understanding of the central government’s emphasis show that Rural infrastructure has an important and strategic position.
