A Positive Study On Regional Disparities In Vietnam

After 30 years of innovation and opening,the communist party of Vietnam lead the people made great achievements in the social economic construction.From the traditional planned economic system to socialist market economic system transformation,get rid of the condition of inside and outside the economic downturn,and the industrialization,modernization and socialist economy to a new height.However great achievements obtained in social economic development at the same time,regional economic development gap between Vietnam also gradually expanding.Vietnam socialist market economic system is not perfect,the domestic capital,labor resource and the scientific technology resources excessively focused on the key economic zone,lead to the uneven economic development between regions.Long-term regional unbalanced development or regional economic gap is widening,and even regional development fault occurred,this will not only affect the country’s long-term economic development,more can lead to a series of political and social problems.So the research about Vietnam regional economic disparity has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theory of unbalanced regional development,the introduction of gini coefficient decomposition model and thayer index model,use of Vietnam’s domestic regional economic development from 2000 to 2014 data,discusses the 123 industrial development gap between regions and urban and rural differences.And break it down into the gap between regions and regional internal difference,this paper analyzes the reasons of Vietnam regional economic disparity and its inner mechanism mechanism.Regional economic gap between the academic research,in order to enrich Vietnam boost regional economic development in Vietnam,Vietnam economy sustainableThe results show that the larger regional economic gap between the current Vietnam,geography space present obvious uneven distribution,accompanied by volatile situation;The three economic regions in the north and south Vietnam more developed north and south,high economic growth,the central economic relatively weak;On the economic development in recent years,a central trend after the northand the south area,with the present a narrow gap between north and south two big regional economic trends.And Suggestions from the perfect infrastructure construction;Strengthen education and training,improve the labor quality;Construction of export-oriented economy,into the international market.To develop the emerging industry,actively attract foreign capital to participate in several aspects,such as put forward Suggestions on coordinated regional economic development in Vietnam.
