The Effect Analysis Under The Perspective Of Global Value Chain

With the futher development of economic and trade,the mode of international division of labol begin to change dramatically,the pattern of traditional inter-industry is trade from the developing countries and developed countries,now the mode of international division has become the intra-industry division of a link within the product or process, which may cause the restructing of the global industries. The intra-industry division will be more refined,specialized.This may have a big influence on the countries’resources and environment that located in different global value.At the same time,under the economic development environment problem has increasingly become prominent,especially with the use of industrial energy,the popularization of private cars.In a lot of literature we can see that the economies of scale,the technology level government regulation has a great influence on carbon emissions,and these factors are very important.In addition,we should also note that in the context of open economic environment,the degree of participation in global value chain also has effect on the carbon emissions,because participation in globalization not only directly impact on carbon emissions,it can also take effect on carbon emissions by influencing the economic scale,but the extent and the way still need further argument.So in today’s environment problem increasingly prominent,how to maintain a steady economic development has become an important topic.Therefore,based on a new global perspective of divison of global value chain to discuss the intrinsic factors of low carbon economy developmen is essential. We will further study the relationship between carbon emission and economic mechanism,and put forward concrete policies and suggestions of realizing the low carbon economic transformation.Based on the reviews to the literature,we find that the literature on the perspective of global value chain of carbon emissions effect is not much,so there is a further meaning on this aspect. So,we firstly have a deeply analysis on the carbon emission effect on our country economy,and join the the global value chain effect and the urbanization effect expore the factors of affecting the economy of carbon emissions.Secondly,use the model of economy and environment in the theory section,in addition to she original economic scale factors,technical fators,tax rate,the major influence factors,we also join the global value chain effect,urbanization effect in order to explore the factors more widely. We choose the Hummels vertical specialization index.This index can reflect the different industries more fully.Thirdly,build the five variables:scale effect,technology,the global value chain effec,urbanization level and the effec of foreign direct investment.we take the unit root and causality test to confirm the data is long-term and short-term stability,and through the hausman test we choose the fixed effect model.Besides,the effects of the carbon decomposition model can reflect the five effect the affect the caron emissions.Forthly,put forward the policy suggestion of realizing the low carbon economic transformation from four aspects,namely active participation on both ends of the "smiling curve",improving the talent training mechanism,reasonable design of environmental regulation policy and accelerate the adjustment and upgrading the industrial structure.
