The Research On Enterprise Resource Allocation Model Based On Computational Experiment

With the contribution of economic globalization, a lot of enterprises are facing more and more challenges from both inside and outside competitions. In case these companies would not take pre-actions to allocation the resources efficiently and reasonably, they can hardly survive under such circumstance. This article researches into the topic of allocation of firm resources based on the above mentioned background, using computing & math modeling method. Also, this paper is aimed at demonstrating the potential factors that could influence the allocation of firm resources through the analysis of entities and objects in the "Resource Allocation" model, and further working out some valuable suggestions to companies regarding how to allocating their resources efficiently. Thirdly, I create the resource allocation model by computational experiment considering "equity" and "efficiency" these two principles.Firstly, this paper analyzes and concludes the current situation of domestic and foreign companies based on the Resource Allocation model and definition. Secondly, this article structures the "resource allocation" model into three available resources mapping with N departments, listing some corresponding attributes and possible factors to different companies. Fourthly, I carry out the simulation experiments with the actual background of one electrical appliance enterprise, compare and select the allocation strategies and their permutations.When one kinds of the resources allocation, for human resource allocation, considering "equity", we select the average allocation; considering "efficiency", we select resources allocation based on efficiency within each department. For material resource allocation, considering "equity", we select the resources allocation based on occupies on the overall resources; considering "efficiency", we select resources allocation based on efficiency within each department. For financial resource allocation, considering "equity", we select the average allocation; considering "efficiency", we select resources allocation based on efficiency within each department. When these three kinds of resources allocation, four test indicators were designed based on equity and efficiency these two principles. Considering the company total output value, input-output rate and output value variation trend, at early period of resource allocation, the best allocation strategy is: human & financial resources allocation is based on efficiency within each department, material resources allocation is based on occupies on the overall resources. While at later period of resource allocation, the best allocation strategy is:human resource is based on average allocation, material & financial resources allocation is based on efficiency within each department.
