In the context of the Internet society,the advanced manufacturing model needs to realize the inter enterprise and inter enterprise cooperation from the aspects of information,social and service.On the basis of emerging technologies such as cloud computing,Internet of things,large data analysis and cyber physical system,social manufacturing as a new manufacturing model that adapts to the future socialization,service and large-scale personalized manufacturing environment.The core of this model is to solve a series of problems in the future manufacturing of multi-participant information sharing,multi-dimensional collaboration and so on,so it is of great significance to research.However,social manufacturing has the characteristics of diversity,uncertainty and dynamics,which brings new challenges to supply and demand matching for manufacturing services.In order to meet this challenge,it is necessary to be able to construct a complete social manufacturing system model to analysis its dynamic and complexity.This paper combined with the characteristics of social manufacturing designs a social manufacturing computing system based on SLE paradigm,which includes three parts: individual model,interaction model and social model,and further introduces the "computational experiment".Through computational experiments,can clearly show the dynamic evolution of the system and analysis the link between micro factors and macro evolution.The main research contents can be divided into the following three points:(1)Firstly,combining with the realistic characteristics of the socialized manufacturing system,the key elements of the theoretical model are abstracted according to the main features of the reality,and then the key calculation experimental model of the socialized manufacturing system is constructed by using the model mapping method and Multi-Agent modeling method(2)Secondly,a social manufacturing system based on the SLE paradigm is proposed.SLE consists of three joint evolutionary spaces: the underlying evolutionary space of the individual,the interactive learning space of the middle layer and the social learning space at the highest level.(3)Finally,contrast experiment are designed.This paper constructs two external market environments: the market is relatively stable(less volatile)and the market is more volatile.At the same time,three evolutionary mechanism are constructed which based on SLE paradigm: natural evolution,interactive evolution(including horizontal interaction,vertical interaction)and social learning evolution.Three different evolution mechanism were studied in two market environments,and the experimental results were compared and analyzed.Computational experiment shows that the computational model of communityized manufacturing system based on SLE paradigm is proved to be effective and feasible,and new ideas and methods for future research of social manufacturing are provided.
