The Research Of Industrial Clusters In Anhui Province Promoting Urbanization Development

Joseph Stiglitz said that the America technology and Chinese urbanization can change the world. Since the reform and opening, the achievement of industrialization is processing, but China’s urbanization level is still relatively low. However, the two structure in urban and rural areas, agriculture, land utilization of resources and other issues have not been soluted, which hinder the development of urbanization in a certain extent.The strategy of industrial cluster has been introduced into China as a regional economic development strategy model, it develops in the coastal areas rapidly, through discoverying the rapid development of the southeast coastal area effectively clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,they promote the local industrialization and urbanization development, such as the typical Zhejiang Yiwu kiosk market. The practice shows that good growth of the region’s urbanization level has related to the localindustrial cluster, the scale is continually expanding, it brings theinnovation advantage, transfers rural population to the urban population, industrial structure optimization and upgrading and urban comprehensive competitiveness. But comparing to the central and western regions, the industrial cluster and the eastern coastal areas have their own characteristics. In this context, this paper takes the central area of the province of Anhui as an example, to explore the research of industry cluster promoting urbanization development for providing some guidance and experience.This thesis follows from the "theoretical analysis- Empirical Study and puts forward the advice ". Firstly, analysising of the domestic and foreign related to urbanization and industrial clusters based on the literature review, on the evolution process of industrial cluster and city undertook combing, has laid the foundation for the empirical analysis. Secondly, based on the industry cluster of Anhui, Anhui, the level of urbanization development level is evaluated, the mechanism of industrial cluster theory in detail elaborated the urbanization development, some important indexes and selection of both, to collect relevant data from 2000-2013, the econometric model for empiricalanalysis of the industrial cluster promote the urbanization development mechanismusing. Thirdly, through the analysis and model cases to promote the Wuhu city urbanization process of Wuhu auto parts industry cluster results, showed that the three aspects of industrial cluster from the transfer of labor force, the optimization of the industrial structure, improve the urban comprehensive competitiveness of advancing the development of urbanization, and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions on how to promote the development of the problem of urbanization in Anhui industry cluster.
