This paper mainly take the Yangtze River Economic Belt area as the sample interval to empirical study of consumer price index transmission in the region with the territory of China. The Yangtze River Belt across economically developed eastern area, rich natural resources of midland, economically underdeveloped western area, and from initial seven provinces two municipalities extended to the current nine provinces and two municipalities. An empirical test of the intrinsic relationship among the Yangtze River Economic areas has important reference meaning that we can find how the consumer price index transfer from area to another area.Firstly, this paper analysis the situation of the Yangtze River economic belt development and compared with the Yangtze River Delta,we find that the overall strength of the Yangtze River economic Belt is relatively weaker than Yangtze River Delta and some provinces are not closely each other.Base on the analysis of status and problems,it help us lay a theoretical foundation and empirical analysis foundation for this paper.Secondly, through the vector auto regressive(VAR) model to draw the disturbance of correlation matrix between items, laying the groundwork for the next step of DAG analysis.Again, between each variable disturbance coefficient matrix as the foundation, adopt acyclic graph method, obtains the contemporaneous casual relationship between the Yangtze River Economic Belt in various regions. Then, based on the DAG analysis, variance decomposition of the dynamic response the causal relationship of the Yangtze River Economic Belt provinces in the sample period. Finally, conclude all of above analysis, points out the shortcomings of the paper, according to the results of the analysis put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
