Research On The Operation Mode Of The Logistics Public Service Platform In The Chongqing Expressway Group

Logistics public service platforms have brought vitality to the development of logistics industry in China. Years later, the problems come out gradually including the duplicate construction with homogenization, the non-sustainable development etc. Thus, they become the factors that restrict the development of logistics public service platform. Within the existing study on the operation mode of logistics public service platform, the most scholars put much attention on the function, structure, operation mode and technology support, while lack of segmenting the mixed mode and integrating the business model. What the most important is that the research methods is applied lacking of quantitative and qualitative combination. Therefore, take the logistics public service platform as the main structure, considering the business model of profitable platform, it will have much significance in researching operation mode and providing scientific selection method.The basic framework of the paper is the combination of the theoretical basis of the operation mode of the logistics public service platform, and the case study of Chongqing Expressway Group.First of all, in this thesis, the root and practical problems on the development of logistics public service platform is analyzed. The structure and function system of the platform is discussed from the demand of all parties.Secondly, the existing three operation modes is summarized, and the cooperative operation mode is segmented. Then the advantages and disadvantages among the each mode is compared. Moreover, the AHP is applied to rate the operation mode through establishing the evaluation index system.Finally, the study result is applied to the public service platform in Chongqing Expressway Group logistics. According to the market environment, the most appropriate operation mode is chose with the AHP, and giving the countermeasures and suggestions on the actual operation.In a conclusion, in order to solve the problems of duplicate construction with homogenization and non-sustainable development in the logistics public service platform in China, the actual demand of the platform should be given full consideration. From the actual situation of the platform construction operators, the rational function of the platform system will be built, and the appropriate operation mode will be chose.
