Study On The Operation Mode Of Logistics Park

In recent years,the logistics park in China has developed rapidly,but at the same time the phenomenon of Logistics Park planning more,operation less occurred, many parks have not achieved the intended purpose.Facing difficulties in operating,the study on the operation mode of Logistics Park is becoming particularly important.In this paper,firstly a detailed summary and analysis of the development and operating status of logistics park both at home and abroad was carried out,expounded connotation of logistics park operation mode from three aspects:Operation and Management mode,Enterprise Choose mode and Profit mode,and summed up the problems in the operation of logistics park.The operation mode of Logistics Park in this paper is defined as follow:It is mainly about the design of activities on strategic and operational levels aiming to achieve social and economic benefits maximize through the establishment of appropriate organizational management system.This paper holds perspective that the operation of Logistics Park should insist on the principles of market-oriented,enterprise management;the Government attaches great importance in the development of Logistics Park.From the point of Logistics Park overall development and industry characteristics design Enterprise Choose mode to guide investment activities,maintain reasonable enterprises structure,focus on the coordination operation ability of the enterprises and avoid malicious competition. Design Profit mode,improve co-operation service platform,take the interests of investment and operators into account,so that all parties can benefit from the development of Logistics Park.This paper total quoted 6 chart,5 tables,and 50 references.
